Everything a household coordinates, in one place

Shared family calendar

Switch between a day view and a week view. Add activities like school runs, football practice or dinner guests, choose who takes part, and repeat them every few days, weeks or months, with an optional end date.

Chores that remind you

Set a goal like "vacuum every two weeks". Routines turn amber when due soon and red with a push notification when overdue, with no fixed schedule to maintain.

Shopping lists you shop together

Keep standalone lists or attach one to an activity. In shopping mode several people tick items off the same combined list in real time, and checked items leave the list automatically.

To-do lists and checklists

Shared to-do lists for home repairs or weekend tasks, plus checklists on activities. Each occurrence of a recurring activity gets its own fresh checklist.

Two homes, one app

Belong to several households at once: co-parents, a shared summer house, grandparents. Everything shows in one view, with each household's colour marking its activities and lists.

In your own calendar too

Subscribe to your personal feed in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook so family plans show up next to work meetings.

Offline and installable

Install it to the home screen like a native app. Lists and calendar work without signal, and changes sync when you're back online. Handy in the supermarket basement.

Private by design

Sign in with an email code or a passkey, with no passwords to leak. Activity notes and checklists are only visible to the people taking part.

Who it's for

Families with kids juggling activities, couples sharing chores, co-parents running two households, flatmates splitting the shopping, and siblings sharing a holiday home. ODA Planner is built for small groups where everyone has equal say, so nobody needs to be the admin.

Frequently asked questions

What is ODA Planner?

ODA Planner (Our Daily Activities Planner) is a shared planner for families and households: one calendar, recurring chores, to-do lists and shopping lists that everyone in the home can see and update.

Do I need to download an app?

No. ODA Planner runs in the browser and can be installed to the home screen on Android, iPhone, Windows and Mac, where it behaves like a native app with push notifications.

Can I use it for two households, for example as co-parents?

Yes. One account can belong to several independent households. Each keeps its own calendar, lists and chores, and you see them together in one view, with each household's colour marking its activities and lists.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Your calendar and lists stay readable offline, and changes such as ticking off shopping items or completing chores are queued and synced when you are back online.

Can I see the family calendar in Google Calendar or Outlook?

Yes. Each member gets a personal calendar feed link that Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook can subscribe to.

Do I need a password?

No. You sign in with a one-time code sent by email, and can add a passkey to sign in with fingerprint, face or PIN.
